BFN, again.
Oh well...I think I have my next Dr appointment the end of this month. She siad she wants us to try the Metformin for 6 months till we try Clomid. I'm not ovulating at all (I think) and her only reasoning for waiting is that once "infertility" gets put on my chart it's there forever.....I don't get why we'd have to wait?? I really have no faith that my body will do it on it's own with just the Met. She also said "well you're young" I'm gonna be 27 this year and DH 31. I know we're not old, but I want to at least be pregnant with my 2nd by the time I'm 30!
I don't know...anyone have any input why she wants us to wait for the Clomid?

That seems like a long time to wait to me. I would consider a second opinion.
Yeah I think I might, I mean, the end of this month it will be a year that we've been ttc and I don't even think I've O'd at all.
Once you hit the year mark, all bets are off IMO. Can you *insist* on trying Clomid? If you insist, and your doctor says no, ask for a referral to another doctor.
I was thinking about doing that too. I just hope she says okay, and we don't have to find a new one. Thanks!
My OBGYN wanted to put me on Comid 6 months of TTC. I declined, because I wanted something more natural. I used FertilAid (over the counter or online) and concieved in 3 weeks. I was TTC for a total of 15 months before I found FertilAid though. I know it's hard enough to wait. I'd go to another doctor. You shouldn't be made to wait for this.
